To NO ONE's Surprise, PAX Was Awesome

Got to hang out with James, meet Spoony, Bill Amend and Jonathan Coulton, got to hit all the concerts. I can't believe this is the first time I made the trip. If you haven't gone yet, I can't recommend it enough. You know in your head that you left your house to come here, and yet showing to PAX makes you feel like you are finally home.

While there, I also had a quick joint interview with James, conducted by Dylan of Giant Fire Breathing Robot. I think it went quite well, especially considering how tired our voices were from hosting eight panels (James) and cheering at concerts (me). Check it out!

Enjoying Extra Credits so far?

  1. Sounds great. Would love to attend to something like PAX or E3, but it's too far away from Denmark.

I hope that the rumor about a third PAX convention turns out to be held in Europe. Maybe in the UK or something?

  2. I would love to get to PAX one day, I feel like that'd be an amazing experience. Believe it or not, I've never been to a convention of this type, despite it being on my to-do list for years now. As for the credits of the extra variety, I am enjoying it quite a bit. While I have found that the earlier "talking about these" videos were slightly more entertaining in terms of subject, I have also found that the subjects being touched upon are necessary and still very interesting. As always, I love the art and presentation style, and especially appreciate the intelligent yet goofball humor that keeps everything interesting. I might recommend that you repost your earlier videos on escapist now, as some of the new viewers may not have seen them, and are definitely missing out. Anyway, keep up the good work!

  3. Extra Credits has been GREAT! I love it, and am glad you've been able to put one out every week. Keep it up! You and James have great insight into game development, and I like the way you think.
